This message purpose is to reach people Ages 25 and under:
People nationally and locally who are abusing opioids and some don’t even know they are.
To educate people on what an opioid is, and how many people are affected by them.
The purpose for this campaign strategy is to reach out to are people who are not only using opioids but young adults who maybe don’t know exactly what an opioid is, and how it affects people on a daily basis.
What You Don’t Know About Opioids Could Kill You!Get Informed Don’t Let Opioids Stop You In Your Tracks! It’s important to talk to your doctor about other treatment options, and knowing exactly what you are getting prescribed.
Ask your doctor about taking anti-inflammatories instead of opioids (Advil, Excedrin, etc.). Non-drug treatments are also an option including physical therapy, ice, acupuncture, massage and some forms of exercise.
